Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Origain Global Corp, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we have implemented the following refund and cancellation policy for all our products.

Cancellation Policy
  1. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that if your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. In case of cancellation, the full amount paid by you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Refund Policy
  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days of activation of service.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@origainglobalcorp.com. You will be required to provide your invoice number and the reason for return.
  3. Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    Services that have been used for more than 7 days by the customer.

    Items that are not used according to the Indian government law or labour law.

  4. Once we have received the returned request, our team will inspect it and if it meets our return criteria, according to the discussed Terms at the time of purchase, a refund will be processed within 10 working days.
  5. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Exchange Policy
  1. We do not offer an exchange policy for our products. If you wish to exchange a service, you will need to return and place a new order.
